Registrations now open for our upcoming holiday camps!

GSS Self Registration

The self-registration feature allows the primary contact to add attendee names and then provide a link so that attendees can complete their own registrations.

This means that it is no longer necessary to add an email address to collect an attendee’s special requirements, therefore alleviating privacy concerns about schools or other groups providing parent contact details to camps – Instead, a parent, for example,  will submit their own email address and then receive an email confirming their submission.

Even if names aren’t uploaded, self-registration can still be completed, but submission approval will be required by the primary contact.

1 - Import/Upload your attendee list
2 - Go to the Registration tab
3 - Provide the self-registration link to your attendees

4 - Attendees will type in their name and select it if found or can add new name and proceed (but will require approval by the primary)

5 - Attendee will enter their email address, submit and will be presented with any special requests and/or waiver form (same as the broadcast form

6 - If needed, primary contact will review any registrations that were not part of the uploaded names.
