⚠️ Why We Structure Our Menu This Way
Our approach is designed to balance flexibility with the highest standards of food safety and service quality. Specifically:
Health & Safety:
Managing allergens and specialised diets requires strict food handling processes to avoid cross-contamination. Limiting whole-group menu variations helps us maintain safe preparation practices.
Ingredient Assurance:
Many dietary requirements (particularly religious or allergen-based) rely on detailed ingredient verification. It can be difficult to guarantee that every processed or supplied product fully complies with multiple complex restrictions at a whole-group level.
Supply Limitations:
Some specialised ingredients can be difficult to source consistently, especially in the quantities required to cater for entire groups.
Operational Practicality:
Preparing multiple large-scale specialised menus significantly increases complexity in storage, preparation, and service, which can impact both safety and quality.
For the reasons above, we provide a small number of structured group menu plan options, Standard Menu Includes all meats and all food types No Pork / No Beef Excludes pork and beef products. All other meats and ingredients are included Chicken Only (No Red Meat). Don't forget we also cater for more specific dietary needs individually wherever possible. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your group’s needs further, we’re very happy to help.
